Make sure you granted Screen Time permission during setup, and that you've selected at least one app to monitor and set a daily limit. If you restarted your phone, open Scrollgoblin once so it can re-arm its schedules.
Open Scrollgoblin → Settings to change your monitored apps, daily limit, quiet hours, or morning block. You can also turn off Scrollgoblin entirely in iOS Settings → Screen Time at any time.
By Apple's design, Scrollgoblin only receives opaque tokens for the apps you choose — it never learns their names or what you do inside them. That's a privacy feature, not a bug.
